Do you support OEM and ODM programs?

Yes. We can work from buyer specifications or help develop a range through form selection, glaze and decoration planning, samples and packaging. Scope, design ownership, confidentiality and production requirements should be agreed for each project.

How are samples approved before production?

Review the form, dimensions, glaze, color range, artwork placement and packaging against the project brief. An approved reference sample and agreed specifications help define the production standard. Any later change should be reviewed before it enters production.

Can you support character ceramic merchandise?

We can discuss character-led forms, decoration and gift packaging. Branded projects require confirmation of the applicable intellectual property rights, manufacturing authorization, artwork approval and commercial scope. Catalog references are not a blanket offer to sell licensed merchandise.

Quality & product use

How does CLAYPORT manage product quality?

Our quality process includes pre-production specification review, approved samples, in-process checks and final inspection. Product-specific testing and packaging requirements should be agreed before production.

Can a third party inspect production?

Third-party factory and production inspections can be coordinated. Please agree on the scope, timing, inspection criteria, access arrangements and costs with the team in advance. Inspection arrangements are not a substitute for product-specific testing.

Are all items dishwasher and microwave safe?

Suitability must be confirmed for the specific item, glaze, decoration and intended use. Metallic finishes and other special decorations need particular review. Please request the applicable product information and testing evidence before making a performance claim.

Discuss your product requirements
What testing information can be reviewed?

Share your destination market, product use and retailer requirements. The team can then review the relevant testing needs and available documentation for the selected product. Food-contact, decoration durability and other performance claims need evidence that applies to the actual item and specification.

Orders & delivery

What is the minimum order quantity?

Some category pages show a starting reference of 300 pieces. Final MOQ depends on the form, color, decoration, tooling, packaging and order mix and must be confirmed for your project.

Understand MOQ planning
Are samples free?

Available stock samples may be offered for quality review. Please confirm availability, sample charges and freight with the team. Custom development, new molds, special decoration and packaging samples may involve separate costs.

Ask about samples
How is lead time confirmed?

Lead time depends on the development route, tooling, sample and artwork approvals, production schedule, testing, packaging and shipping arrangements. Share your launch window early so the team can review the milestones rather than promise a fixed date before the specifications are agreed.

Plan development and production timing
What packaging is available?

Options can include bulk packing, white boxes, printed gift boxes and protective export cartons. The final layout, inner protection, labels and packing requirements depend on the product, sales channel and transport route and should be reviewed before production.
